Hannah is a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors. She has a background in psychology and human factors and for the last 15 years has been supporting the military and other government departments in gaining the edge through their human systems. She works all the way from concepts through to test and evaluation, with a track record of designing, running and analysing large experiments and trials.
Hannah's work has helped Army, Navy, Air Force, NATO, Stabilisation Unit, Counterterrorism groups and Intelligence Services understand the decisions their people need to make in the most complex of situations - and design equipment, tools and ways of working to keep them winning.
Rob is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors, and a registered member the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society, and the European Association of Cognitive Ergonomics. He applies human factors techniques to complex socio-technical systems challenges in defence, aviation, healthcare, and weather forecasting in the UK and US.
Rob has run workshops in the area of applying human factors in a systems context and cognitive systems engineering for the US DoD, USA Rugby, Environment Canada, BAE Systems, Singapore’s DSTA and DSO, UK MoD Defence Science & Technology Labs (Dstl) and currently teaches on the UK Defence Intermediate and Higher Command and Staff Courses.
Andrew is a human factors scientist with over 20 years' varied experimental and technical leadership experience. He has worked in the military and civilian domains and specialises in human error, distributed decision making systems and measuring human performance in the wild. Andrew is a strong team player and leader who always delivers quality results and is trusted by our customers as a safe pair of hands.
Nicola is a Human Factors Scientist in both defence and security work for industry and government who has applied experience of human factors in the cyber domain and is also a British Army reservist. Nicola is adept at building and maintaining good customer and stakeholder relationships to provide insight into project exploitation. Nicola is a member of the British Psychological Society.
