I'm Hannah. I have a background in psychology and human factors and for the last 15 years have been supporting the military and other government departments in gaining the edge through their human systems. I work all the way from concepts through to test and evaluation, with a track record of designing, running and analysing large experiments and trials.
My work has helped Army, Navy, Air Force, NATO, Stabilisation Unit, Counterterrorism groups and Intelligence Services understand the decisions their people need to make in the most complex of situations - and design equipment, tools and ways of working to keep them winning.
I'm Rob and I'm a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors, the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society, and the European Association of Cognitive Ergonomics. I apply human factors techniques to complex socio-technical systems challenges in defence, aviation, healthcare, and weather forecasting in the UK and US.
I have run workshops in the area of applying human factors in a systems context and cognitive systems engineering for the US DoD, USA Rugby, Environment Canada, BAE Systems, Singapore’s DSTA and DSO, and UK MoD Defence Science & Technology Labs (Dstl).
I'm Andrew and I'm a human factors scientist with over 20 years' varied experimental and technical leadership experience. I have worked in the military and civilian domains and specialise in human error, distributed decision making systems and measuring human performance in the wild. I'm a strong team player and leader who always delivers quality results and is trusted by our customers as a safe pair of hands.
